Shenandoah University, founded in 1875, has started its 150th anniversary celebrations! Since its establishment in Dayton, Virginia, through its move north to Winchester, Virginia, in 1960, and onto today, Shenandoah has remained committed to providing innovative, high-quality, student-focused education with the community at the heart of everything it does. With our sesquicentennial, we’ll honor what has made Shenandoah special in the past and present and how it promises to lead the way in the future.
